Can we get a refund?

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. Once reviewed, we will notify you of your refund's approval or rejection. Refunds aren’t guaranteed unless you are denied by the doctor.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 days.
