If your ESA application is denied by the doctor and/or mental health provider for any reason, you will be provided a full refund.

When you submit a refund request, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received it and that it's being reviewed. Once reviewed, we'll notify you of the approval of your ESA, or we'll promptly advise you if it could not be approved.  

When a refund is approved, it will be immediately processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your payment processor may take up to 7-10 days to reflect the refund on your account with them. 

While federal regulations cover the provision of reasonable accommodations when renting a residence with an ESA, we cannot provide legal advice or force other parties to abide by regulations. However, please refer to this section for full information about Landlords and your ESA.

We use only major, nationally recognized companies for shipping our products to you. If something should happen to your shipment once we have passed it on to the shipper, please contact the shipping company for assistance or to file a claim.

Please note that orders that are more than 6 months old are no longer eligible for a refund.
