Refunds and Returns
REFUNDS WHEN APPLICABLE
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. Once reviewed we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your ESA is approved by the doctor refunds will not be submitted. Refunds aren’t guaranteed unless you are denied by the doctor for your ESA.
If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
In the unlikely event, you are denied housing accommodations with your pet due to a claim that your ESA letter is not valid, we cannot control entities that refuse to follow federally mandated guidelines to accept your ESA letter and therefore cannot offer a refund should that happen on those rare occasions.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is then the responsibility of USPS to get that package to you. If for some reason your package is lost, you will need to file a claim through USPS.

Please note: ID cards are custom-made and are non-refundable. Vests must be in new condition and in original packaging and can be exchanged or returned. If your vest is not in new condition there is a $15.00 replacement fee. You will be notified of this fee before any charges are placed on your credit card.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any items to Support Pets.
