I changed my mind after placing an order. How do I get a refund?

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. Once reviewed we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds aren’t guaranteed unless you are denied by the doctor. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. You can always email our refund team to inquire about our refund policy.
