Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every part of your purchase. Here’s what to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • All returns require an RMA form tied to the same ESA number used in the original order.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Limited quantity items, including custom or seasonal products, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
  • For ESA letters: If a licensed practitioner determines you do not qualify, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.
  • Refunds cannot be processed if the original purchase was made more than 6 months ago.
