Returns or Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please refer to the RMA form and instructions by clicking here.  Your RMA number is the same as your ESA number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note: ID cards are custom-made and nonrefundable. Only vests in new condition and within their original packaging are eligible for returns and exchanges at no additional cost. Vests in used condition are subject to a $15 replacement fee. You will be notified of this fee before any charges are placed on your credit card.

Limited quantity items, such as holiday products or other limited edition products, can not be returned or refunded.
