Will the doctor still be able to fill out my airline form?

In compliance with the recent DOT policies, we will no longer process airline form requests as of March 1, 2021. 

You can still travel with your pets but they will require a small fee under the new law.  

Your ESA documents can still be used for other forms of travel.
