I submitted my airline form, but it was denied due to new DOT regulations.

We understand your concern. The new regulations took effect on January 11, 2021. Even if the doctor signed your airline form before this date, it is not guaranteed the airline will still honor it.

Each airline has its own set of policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence those policies or to force any airline to accept your pet as an ESA.
