Will doctors still be available during COVID-19?

Currently, our doctors are available to evaluate and approve you for an official ESA pet. However, as you may have seen, many areas are asking all available doctors to help any way they can. As COVID-19 progresses and potentially worsens, there may come a time when we cannot guarantee a doctor is available.

It is important to get your official ESA documents ordered as soon as possible to ensure a doctor's availability to evaluate and approve you for an ESA. We want to help you make sure you are able to self-isolate safely with your pet by your side.
